DCP Global is recruiting native Japanese-speaking, Japan-based contributors for Project MARS, a large-scale cultural data annotation initiative. Contributors review and annotate AI-generated responses to help ensure they reflect authentic Japanese cultural and personal values โ directly supporting the training of LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

Contributors review and annotate AI-generated responses to ensure they accurately reflect authentic Japanese cultural and personal values. Your work directly helps train Large Language Models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to respond in culturally appropriate ways.
What You'll Be Doing
Pay Rate & Billing

| Pay cycle | 20th of each month โ 19th of the following month |
| Payment issued | 15โ25 days after cycle end (e.g. hours worked 20 Junโ19 Jul are paid 15โ25 Aug) |
Quality Standards
Contributors are assessed against a four-tier quality system, based on continuous quality checks and random sampling. Incorrect or non-compliant annotations must be reworked without additional compensation.

Who We're Looking For
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese (Japan) โ written and spoken
- Currently residing in Japan
- Deep, genuine knowledge of current Japanese cultural values and social norms
- Ability to clearly separate cultural perspectives from personal perspectives
- Strong critical thinking and attention to consistency
- Able to work independently and remotely without supervision
- Familiarity with LLMs such as ChatGPT is helpful but not required

Anti-Fraud Policy
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of payment:
- Use of AI tools, auto-complete, or any automated annotation aid
- Copy-pasting content from external sources
- Annotations that do not reflect genuine human judgment
- Only manual, human-based annotation is permitted

DCP Global is recruiting experienced freelance translators across 250+ language pairs. Work remotely on a flexible schedule, contributing to AI and technology localisation projects.
About the Project
We are seeking skilled freelance translators to support large-scale AI and language technology projects. Translators work with source content in their native or fluent language and produce accurate, natural-sounding translations in a target language. All work is completed remotely using our client's online platform. Native or near-native fluency in both source and target languages is required. Translators with experience in technical, legal, medical, or UX content are particularly encouraged to apply.
