New Project Opportunity: TikTok User Experience Case Collection

DCP Global is recruiting qualified TikTok users for a short-term user experience and feedback collection project aimed at enhancing and optimizing the TikTok platform.

This project focuses on gathering genuine, constructive, and timely user insights through guided tasks, screen recordings, and structured feedback.

Project Scope & Tasks

Selected participants will be required to complete the following:

  1. Basic Information Questionnaire

    • 14 short questions (e.g., gender, age, city, native language, education level).

  2. Screen Recording (Minimum 20 minutes)

    • Record the process of:

      • Downloading TikTok

      • Logging in

      • Exploring the app

    • Screen recording must be delivered in MP4 format.

  3. Online User Feedback Survey

    • 23 questions total

    • Combination of multiple-choice questions and short written responses

    • Example: “What content are you not satisfied with?” (answered in your native language)

  4. Push Notification Screenshots

    • Provide screenshots of TikTok push notifications on:

      • Day 1

      • Day 2

      • Day 3 after installation

All recordings and screenshots will be shared via Google Drive or a similar file-sharing platform.

Resource Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following profiles:

  • Native German (de-DE) speaker, currently located in Germany

  • Native English (en-US) speaker, currently located in the United States

Important:

  • VPN usage is strictly prohibited

  • Location and language eligibility will be verified

  • Need to complete tasks within 2 weeks of having received the instructions.

  • Can only participate once

Compensation

  • USD $60 per participant upon successful completion of all tasks

Project LH3 – Multiple Languages

DCP Global – Language Data Annotation Project

DCP Global is scaling up a large-volume language data project and is seeking reliable contributors to support three core activities: tagging, grading, and annotating Multiple Langage content. You will work inside our client’s proprietary, browser-based annotation tool. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.

Scope
• Weekly commitment: Minimum of 20 hours per week until project completion.
• Languages in scope: English Australian, Spanish Mexico, Finnish, French Canada, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Norewgian

You will only be assigned content aligned with your native expertise.

Pay rate per language and per hour in USD: paid monthly for all accumulated and approved work.

  • English Australia – $15 per hour
  • Danish – $18 per hour
  • Spanish Mexico – $6 per hour
  • Finnish – $12 per hour
  • French Canada – $15 per hour
  • Hebrew – $15 per hour
  • Japanese – $11 per hour
  • Korean – $9 per hour
  • Russian – $8 per hour
  • Norwegian – $18 per hour

Deliverables
– Accurate tagging of linguistic units in accordance with the project taxonomy.
– Graded datasets with clear pass/fail or scaled quality assessments.
– Detailed annotation notes where required, using the tool’s inline commenting functionality.

Acceptance Criteria

97% or higher agreement with gold-standard reference samples during quality spot checks.

All tasks submitted within the agreed weekly timelines.

No use of machine translation or automated tagging tools. This project requires strictly human-curated work.

• Dialects in scope: Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), Iraqi, Hijazi, and Najdi. You will only be assigned content aligned with your native or near-native dialect expertise.
• Pay rate: USD $6 per hour, paid monthly for all accumulated and approved work.

Multilingual Voice Recording Project – Code-Switching Conversations

Project Name: BV
Project Type: Remote | Ongoing (Limited Slots per Locale)

Project Overview

Project BV is a multilingual speech data collection initiative designed to enhance Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) systems for high-value multilingual call center scenarios, including financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications.

The project focuses on collecting natural code-switching conversational audio, where speakers alternate between two languages within a single conversational turn. Scripts will be provided; however, natural delivery, fluency, and context-appropriate language switching are essential.

Language Requirements

Primary Language (Native level – one required):

  • Swedish (sv-SE) code switch to English (fluent)

  • Hebrew (he-IL) code switch to English (fluent)

  • Vietnamese (vi-VN) code switch to English (fluent)

  • Portuguese (pt-PT) code switch to English (fluent)

  • Finnish (fi-FI) code switch to English (fluent)

  • Arabic (ar-UAE) code switch to English (fluent)

  • Spanish (es-ES) code switch to Basque or Catalan (fluent)

Participants may be located anywhere globally, provided they are native in one of the primary languages and fluent in English.

Participation Structure

  • Participation is one-time only per speaker.

  • Two speakers will form a pair (agent and customer roles).

  • Speakers do not need to be in the same location.

  • Scripts and recording instructions will be provided.

  • Zoom is the preferred method for recording the conversations.

  • Audacity is the preferred tool for converting audio files to the required sample rates and for verifying signal-to-noise ratio compliance.


Recording Scope

  • Target volume: 200 hours of audio per locale

  • Per pair output: 1.2 hours of recorded audio

  • Quality acceptance: Minimum 80% usable speech hours

Compensation (USD – Per Participant)

  • All rates below are paid in United States Dollars (USD) and apply to one hour of final audio (30 minutes per speaker).

    • Swedish (sv-SE): USD 20.00 per participant

    • Hebrew (he-IL): USD 24.00 per participant

    • Vietnamese (vi-VN): USD 11.00 per participant

    • Portuguese (pt-PT): USD 22.00 per participant

    • Finnish (fi-FI): USD 40.00 per participant

    • Arabic (ar-UAE): USD 20.00 per participant

      • 8kHz (telephone quality) – 50%

    • Code-Switching Ratio:

      • 70% primary language

      • 30% English

      • ±10% tolerance

    • Delivery Style:

      • Natural, context-pecific language switching

      • No forced or artificial transitions


    Speaker Requirements

    • Age Distribution Targets:

      • 18–25 years: 30%

      • 25–40 years: 30%

      • 40–65 years: 20%

      • 65+ years: 20%

    • Gender Balance:

      • 50% male / 50% female

    • Language Proficiency:

      • Fluent English is mandatory; non-fluent speakers will be rejected

    • Participation Limit:

      • Each speaker may participate once only

     

    Audio Quality Standards

    • Minimum 25dB signal-to-noise ratio

    • No background noise, distortion, clipping, or echo

    • Quiet, controlled recording environment required

    • Headset or professional microphone strongly recommended

Project Chickpea

Onsite Video Collection – (Twins & Siblings)

About the Project
We are conducting a specialized video and audio collection study to support the development of advanced AI systems. This project focuses on capturing natural human interactions between twins and siblings to improve AI’s ability to recognize voices, facial expressions, and spatial awareness in diverse, real-world environments.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking at least 250 participants with the following profiles:

Identical Twins
Same-Sex Twins
Fraternal Twins
Look-alike siblings of the same sex (2–4 years age gap)

Age requirement: 18+ (Minors may be included in future phases, to be confirmed)

Demographic requirement: Variety and diversity encouraged

Session Details
Duration: 2–3 hours per person Format: Onsite only.
Activities: Participants will be recorded on video and audio while performing guided tasks such as: Speaking short phrases Reading prompts aloud Making simple facial/head movements (smiling, turning head, looking in specific directions)
